NV Gov. Signs Budget Bill; Lawsuit Filed
An appropriations bill signed into law by Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons has been challenged in court by a southern Nevada resort over the state’s taking of $62 million from a Clark County water fund to help balance the state budget.
